Drug Formulation

1.5 liang of ground antelope horn, 1.5 liang of Notopterygium root (with the root tip removed), 1.5 liang of Scutellaria root (with the black core removed), 1.5 liang of ginseng, 1.5 liang of Aconite root (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed), 1.5 liang of Alisma rhizome,1.5 liang of Cornus officinalis, 1.5 liang of Gentiana macrophylla (with stems and soil removed), 1.5 liang of Cassia seeds (lightly roasted), 1.5 liang of Plantain seeds, 1.5 liang of Cnidium seeds, 1 liang of Licorice (lightly roasted), 2 liang of Astragalus (chopped), and 2.5 liang of Bupleurum (with stems removed).

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; decoct in 1.5 zhan of water until reduced to 8 fen; strain and take while warm, regardless of the time of day, twice daily.
