Drug Formulation

Rhubarb 8 qian, Curcuma 8 qian, Atractylodes (roasted) 8 qian, Forsythia 8 qian, Arctium seeds 8 qian, Red Peony Root 1 liang,1 liang of tangerine peel, 1 liang 5 qian of pollen, 1 liang 5 qian of whole scorpion, 2 qian of platycodon root, 2 qian of notopterygium root, 2 qian of gastrodia tuber, 1 qian of mint, 1 qian of bile star (grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix in), 3 qian of ox bile, 3 qian of amber, 3 qian of borneol, 2 qian of musk.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills, each weighing 5 fen. Place 36 pills in a gold-foil packet and seal with wax.
