Drug Formulation
1 liang of Wilfordia (soil removed), 1 liang of Schizonepeta spikes (soil removed), 1 liang of Trichosanthes fruit peel (roasted, pith removed), 1 liang of Frankincense, 2 liang of Phoenix-eye Grass, and 2.5 qian of Asarum (stems removed).

Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder.
Benefits
For chronic hemorrhoids that have not healed over a long period, where the hemorrhoids have developed into fistulas, pus oozes continuously from the wound, or where there are worms in the wound accompanied by unrelenting itching and pain.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 liang of the mixture, decoct with 1.5 da sheng of water until reduced to 1 sheng, strain out the residue, and use the slightly warm liquid to rinse the affected area. If it has cooled, reheat it and rinse the area once more. After rinsing, use cotton or soft white silk to gently pat the area dry and apply the medication. If the ulcer has already ruptured, there is no need to apply medication; simply rinse the area.
