Acorus tatarinowii, Cinnamomum cassia (with coarse bark removed), Prunus armeniaca seeds (with skin and tips removed, stir-fried), Zingiber officinale (roasted), and Akebia trifoliata—each in equal parts.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and mix with refined honey to form pills.
