Safflower 2 liang, Myrrh 2 liang, White Angelica 2 liang, Chinese Angelica 8 liang, White Aconite 1 liang, Uncaria 4 liang, Lithospermum 2 liang, Gardenia 2 liang, Scutellaria 1 liang, Licorice 2 liang, Liu Jinu 2 liang, Moutan Bark 2 liang, Borneol 2 liang, Raw Rehmannia 8 liang, Processed Frankincense 2 liang, Dew-Soaked Bee Hive 2 liang, Rhubarb 4 liang, White Medicinal Herb 1 liang.

Processing

Place the above herbs in a large iron pot, then add 9 jin of sesame oil. Fry the herbs over low heat until thoroughly infused while preserving their properties. Filter to remove the residue, then return the mixture to the pot and boil over high heat. Add 3 jin of beeswax and 2 liang of borneol. Stir with a wooden stick until well blended, then pack into boxes.
