Instructions for Use

Place the ingredients in a thin cloth bag and steep in 10 jin of sweet white wine; if good-quality wine is unavailable, aged Shaoxing wine may be used instead. Steep for 7 days, then take warm in the evening. Be sure not to skip any doses; prepare a new batch just before the current one is finished, and continue until the menstrual cycle is regulated.
