5 liang of whole Angelica sinensis, 5 liang of Polygala tenuifolia root, 3 qian of raw licorice (washed 1–2 times).

For irregular menstruation, disharmony of qi and blood, inability to conceive, or for those who have given birth once but have not menstruated for many years.
Instructions for Use
Place the ingredients in a thin cloth bag and steep in 10 jin of sweet white wine; if good-quality wine is unavailable, aged Shaoxing wine may be used instead. Steep for 7 days, then take warm in the evening. Be sure not to skip any doses; prepare a new batch just before the current one is finished, and continue until the menstrual cycle is regulated.
