Instructions for Use
Place 16 hu of water in a large cauldron, boil it down to 5 hu, strain to remove the sediment, and boil further to reduce to 1 shi 6 dou. Cook two hu of millet, add 20 jin of rice malt, and ferment the mixture, stirring until well blended. Seal with mud for 7 days; once the wine is ready, strain off the clear liquid. Drink to your liking, maintaining a slight buzz at all times. When the time is right, boil the dregs again to extract the juice.Do not use water when rinsing the rice or washing the utensils; be aware that this treatment strictly avoids the use of raw water.
