Chinese Name : 藿香厚朴汤

Drug Formulation

1 liang of Agastache leaves; 1 liang of Magnolia bark (remove the coarse outer bark; boil together with 2 liang of sliced ginger and 10 split jujubes for half a day; remove the ginger and jujubes, chop the bark, and dry it in the sun);Pinellia (soaked in whey overnight, sliced, rinsed with boiling water 7 times, then stir-fried with 1 he of millet until golden; remove the millet) 1 liang, Licorice (raw, coarsely chopped) 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang, Aged Tangerine Peel (soaked in boiling water to remove the white pith, then dried) half a liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian bi per dose; add 1 zhan of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 2 jujubes (split open), and decoct together until reduced to 7 fen. Strain and take while warm; no specific time of day is required.
