3 jin of Evodia fruit.

Processing

Rinse with fresh water one hundred times, then dry in the sun at noon. Boil the Evodia in 5 sheng of strong wine until the wine is completely consumed.Heat the ground over charcoal until it glows red; pour 2 sheng of wine over the ground; spread the Evodia fruits on the ground; cover them with a basin; bake them with ash on all sides, ensuring no steam escapes; remove them after one night; roast them over low heat until dry; pound and sift into a fine powder; mix with date pulp boiled in vinegar and grind into pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 30 pills; take on an empty stomach or before the evening meal, washed down with ginger tea.
