Angelica sinensis root (with tail) 1 liang, peach kernels (with skin and tips removed) 1 liang, rhubarb (roasted) 1 liang, moutan bark 1 liang, dried lacquer (stir-fried until all smoke has dissipated) 1 liang, cinnamon bark 1 liang, Acorus tatarinowii rhizome 5 qian, Curcuma zedoaria (stir-fried with vinegar) 1 liang, Achyranthes root 1 liang, musk 8 fen.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add 5 qian of soapberry and 2 qian of Chinese bellflower; boil with water to form a paste, then roll into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
