Drug Formulation

8 fen of Bupleurum, 8 fen of Atractylodes macrocephala, 4 pieces of Areca nut (including peel and seed), 5 fen of dried tangerine peel, 5 fen of fresh ginger, 7 fen of Platycodon.

Instructions for Use

During the three months of winter, add Chaihu; during the three months of spring, add Zhishi and reduce Baizhu; during the three months of summer, add 3 fen of Shengjiang, 5 fen of Zhishi, and 3 fen of Gancao; during the three months of autumn, add 3 fen of Chenpi; all ingredients should be coarsely crushed. Divide into 3 doses; for each dose, use 3 sheng of water, boil down to 2 sheng, and divide into 3 warm doses. Take one dose every 4–5 li of walking.
