Instructions for Use

Boil in 1 dou of water until reduced to 1 sheng; strain out the residue, then use the liquid to cook glutinous rice into porridge. Consume on an empty stomach. If the illness is above the diaphragm, it will be expelled through vomiting; if in the middle of the diaphragm, it will induce sweating; if below the diaphragm, it will be expelled through bowel movements.

Note

Avoid exposure to external wind.
