Loquat leaves (wiped with a clean cloth to remove fuzz, then roasted) 1 liang; white dried kudzu root 1 liang; ginger (sliced, then roasted) 1 liang; large black plums 7; large cardamom pods 2 (peeled); light bamboo leaves half a liang; licorice (raw) half a liang.
