Drug Formulation

Cinnabar (soak in vinegar overnight; drain off the vinegar, then stir-fry while still slightly damp with vinegar; continue until the wok turns red and no smoke is visible; set aside to cool).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Separately, take a vinegar-soaked ball and roast it over a fire until it turns deep red; remove and let cool, then grind it into an extremely fine powder. Mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

For vomiting.

Instructions for Use

Take 40 pills per dose, washed down with porridge or broth. After taking the dose, consume about one bowl of porridge; vomiting will cease. If the condition has not fully resolved, take another dose to ensure complete resolution. For children, administer smaller pills, adjusting the dosage according to the child’s age and size.
