8 liang of Atractylodes lancea, 3 liang of Aconitum carmichaeli, 4 liang of Apricot Kernels, 4 liang of Aconitum carmichaeli (Chuanwu), 4 liang of Angelica dahurica, and 4 liang of Pinellia ternata.

Processing

Take the above herbs, mix them with the juice extracted from 2 jin of fresh ginger and 1 jin of scallions, and blend thoroughly. Spread half of the ginger and scallion residue on the bottom of a jar, layer the herbs inside, then cover with the remaining half of the residue. Bury the jar in the ground for 5 days in spring, 3 days in summer, 7 days in fall, and 9 days in winter. Remove it, sun-dry, and grind into a fine powder. Add 2 liang of monkey ginger, 2 liang of Achyranthes root,2 liang of safflower powder, 4 liang of Angelica sinensis, and 4 liang of Smilax glabra root powder. Form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using wine paste.

Take 60 pills per dose, with tea or wine as a vehicle, three times a day.
