Drug Formulation

1 liang of Sichuan rhubarb (chopped into small pieces, lightly roasted), 3 fen of Anemarrhena rhizome, 1 liang of gypsum (crushed), half a liang of gardenia seeds, 1 fen of Xuanhuo (root tip removed), 1 liang of Scutellaria root, 3 fen of red Poria, and half a liang of licorice (roasted until slightly reddish, chopped).

Finely chop the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Instructions for Use

Take half liang per dose; add 1 fen of raw Rehmannia root to 1 large bowl of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take while warm, regardless of the time of day.
