Cinnamon Bark (Gui Xin) 30 zhu, Polygala (Yuanzhi) 2 liang, Platycodon (Jiegeng) 2 liang, Ligusticum (Chuanxiong) 2 liang, Poria (Fuling) 3 liang, Dried Rehmannia (Gan Dihuang) 3 liang,3 liang of Paeonia lactiflora, 3 liang of Panax ginseng, 3 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 3 liang of Angelica sinensis, 3 liang of Astragalus membranaceus, 3 liang of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 5 liang of Bambusa vulgaris leaves, 20 jujubes, 1 jin of raw Lycium barbarum root, 1 jin of fresh ginger, 1 sheng of Pinellia ternata, 1 sheng of Ophiopogon japonicus.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Boil the bamboo leaves and goji berries in 3 dou of water until reduced to 2 dou; then add the remaining herbs and simmer until reduced to 6 sheng. Divide into 6 doses and consume entirely within one day and one night.
