Drug Formulation

1 liang of lamb (boiled in water until tender and mushy), 3 liang of Angelica sinensis powder (stir-fried with wine), 2 liang of Chinese yam powder, 3 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala powder (stir-fried with earth), 1 liang of Amomum villosum powder, 2 liang of Eucommia ulmoides powder (stir-fried with salt water), and 1 sheng of white glutinous rice.

Processing

Boil all ingredients together as if preparing congee; take three doses during the day and one at night. If the taste is too bitter, or if the flavor changes during hot weather, pound the mixture into cakes, sun-dry them, grind them again, and mix with refined honey to form pills.
