Drug Formulation

Xiangfuzi (large specimens; simmered thoroughly in vinegar in a sand pot, rinsed with water, dried in an oven, and ground into a powder) 1 jin; Danggui (large specimens; remove the root tips, use only the main stem; wash with wine, slice, dry in an oven, and grind into a powder) 10 liang; Lu Jiao (large specimens; scrape off the coarse bark; grind 2–3 liang into coarse powder; place on cotton paper in an iron pot and roast over low heat until finely ground) 2 liang.

Processing

Mix the above herbs evenly and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using vinegar paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, once upon waking and once before bed, washed down with plain boiled water. Within one month, conception will occur upon intercourse following menstruation, and there will be no miscarriages or postpartum complications.
