Drug Formulation

5 da sheng of goji berries (dried, crushed), 3 da sheng of raw rehmannia root (sliced), and 5 da sheng of hemp seeds (crushed).

Processing

Place the hemp seeds in a steamer and steam until cooked; spread them out on a table to dispel the heat until they are lukewarm to the touch; then add the rehmannia and goji berries, mix thoroughly, and place the mixture in a silk bag. Soak it in 2 dou of ash-free, clear wine for 5 days in spring and summer, and 7 days in autumn and winter.
