The patient feels the urge to vomit but cannot, and the urge to defecate but cannot; they experience dizziness, confusion, and restlessness, along with severe cramping pain in the intestines. In severe cases, the limbs may become cold and stiff, and muscle spasms may occur. This formula should be taken after vomiting and diarrhea have subsided following administration of Feima Jindan.
