Coptis 1 qian (stir-fried with 7 fen of Evodia), Ginger-processed Pinellia 1 qian 5 fen, Poria with God’s Spirit 3 qian, Tangerine Peel 1 qian, Fried Licorice 5 fen, Fangfeng 1 qian 5 fen, Atractylodes 1 qian (soaked in rice water, then stir-fried), Cinnamon Twig 1 qian, White Peony Root (wine-fried) 2 qian, Dried Ginger 1 qian, Shenqu 2 qian, Agastache 2 qian.

Instructions for Use

Add 1 ball of Bamboo Shavings and 1 black plum; decoct in water and administer while warm.

Note

If the patient vomits the medicine immediately upon taking it, do not assume it is not being tolerated; continue to administer it gradually, giving more as soon as vomiting occurs, until vomiting stops. This will revive the stomach’s vital energy, and the patient will naturally recover gradually.
