Processing

Take the above two ingredients, roast them over low heat on a new tile until dry, then grind into a fine powder; add a small amount of borneol to bind the mixture.

Benefits

For unilateral or bilateral nasal congestion.

Instructions for Use

Blow the powder into each nostril; it will dissipate after 1–2 sneezes. If the condition is on the left, blow into the right nostril; if on the right, blow into the left. For bilateral symptoms, blow into both nostrils simultaneously.
