Processing

Prepare and clean each ingredient thoroughly, weigh them accurately, and use yellow wine in winter or 50 jugs of distilled spirits in summer. Place the herbs in a raw silk bag, tie the opening securely, and place the bag inside a jar. Soak for 14 days in spring, 7 days in summer, 14 days in autumn, and 21 days in winter before removing. Drink several cups daily; dry the herbal residue in an oven, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
