Drug Formulation

3 jin of mallow (select leaves and tender hearts, finely chopped), 3 he of millet (rinsed and cleaned), and 1 handful of scallion whites (remove roots and outer leaves, finely chopped).

Instructions for Use

First, boil the mallow leaves in 5 sheng of water until the liquid is reduced to 3 sheng. Strain out the leaves, retain the liquid, then add the millet and scallion whites. Add 5 he of concentrated fermented soybean paste and cook together into porridge. Consume the entire portion on an empty stomach; if not finished, divide it into two servings and consume it all within one day.
