Drug Formulation

1 sheng of oil, half a sheng of apricot kernels (with skin and tips removed, both halves of each kernel), half a liang of ash from tangled hair, 3 liang of Phellodendron bark (powdered), half a liang of quicklime, a small amount of yellow dog fat, and 1 mouse (skinned and chopped).

Processing

First, boil the oil; then add the mouse and hair. Once the mouse meat is fully dissolved, remove the bones and continue boiling. Add the remaining ingredients and boil until the mixture turns black. If the consistency is too thin, add 3–5 liang of wax. Once the desired consistency is reached, spread the mixture onto clean cloth or soft paper.
