Drug Formulation

1 stone swallow (heated until red-hot, then quenched in vinegar 7 times), 1 liang of imported sulfur, 7 qian of white cloves, 7 qian of cloves (cleaned), 5 qian of wood fragrant, 1 liang of Shijunzi (shelled), and 5 qian of aged tangerine peel.

Processing

Take 1 liang of Sanleng; use 5 qian of Croton seed to stir-fry the Sanleng until the Croton seed turns dark yellow, then remove the Croton seed and discard it. Grind the remaining ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with powdered rhubarb boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed, then sun-dry them.

Instructions for Use

Take 40 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with any warm liquid; for children, use pills the size of millet grains, taking 100 pills per dose. The treatment is effective when black stools appear.
