Drug Formulation

4 liang of Southern Star Anemone, 4 liang of Pinellia (soak the Southern Star Anemone and Pinellia overnight in a mixture of 3 liang each of fresh ginger and soapwort; slice them; then add 2 liang of white alum to the decoction and boil together with the Southern Star Anemone and Pinellia until the liquid evaporates; discard the ginger and soapwort; use only the Southern Star Anemone and Pinellia), 1 liang of Jinhun Rhubarb (mixed with wine, steamed and sun-dried nine times),1 liang of White Aconite Root, 1 liang of Fritillary Bulb (pounded to a powder), 1 liang of Bitter Orange Fruit (fried with wheat bran), 1 liang of Coptis Rhizome (fried with ginger), 1 liang of Forsythia Fruit (core removed), 1 liang of Gastrodia Rhizome, 1 liang of Stiff Silkworm (fried), 1 liang of Trichosanthes Fruit,Platycodon root 1 liang, Agarwood 5 qian, Blue Calcined Stone (calcined with sodium carbonate until golden) 5 qian, Scutellaria root (fried with wine) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then mix with bamboo sap and ginger juice to form pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use
