Zhishi 4 qian, Yanhusuo 3 qian, charred areca nut 3 qian, Jiegeng 2 qian, radish seeds 3 qian, Trichosanthes seed 3 qian, peach kernels 3 qian, apricot kernels 3 qian (boiled in water, skinned and tips removed), seaweed 2 qian, tea leaves 1 qian.
