Fennel (imported variety; stir-fry with half a liang of sea salt until golden brown; weigh together with the salt) 1 liang, Sichuan melia fruit (roasted, pitted) 1 liang, sand ginseng (washed, chopped) 1 liang,Wood Fragrance (washed) 1 liang, Piper longum 1 liang, Areca nut half a liang, Poria cocos 4 liang (small, firm, and solid; remove the black skin), Black Aconite half a liang (roasted, remove the skin and navel before weighing; or increase to 1 liang).

Instructions for Use
Formula 1: Grind into a fine powder. Mix with rice flour boiled in water to form a thick paste, then shape into pills the size of a Paulownia seed. Take 20 pills each time, washed down with warm wine or salted water, on an empty stomach before meals, three times daily. For mild cases, this single formula should suffice. Once its efficacy is exhausted, proceed to Formula 2.Formula 2: Combine the herbs listed in the previous formula with the following, totaling 6 ingredients weighing 5 liang and a half. Grind into a fine powder, form into pills using the same method as before, and take several doses with hot water. If the condition remains severe and has not improved, proceed to Formula 3. Formula 3: Combine the herbs listed in the previous formulas with the following, totaling 8 ingredients weighing 10 liang. Form into pills using the same method as before, and take several doses with hot water, increasing the dose to 30 pills. Whether the condition is acute or chronic, severe or mild, it can be cured with no more than these three formulas.
