Aconite Root (roasted, with skin and pith removed) 2 liang, Schisandra Berry 2 liang, Cornus Fruit (pulp only) 1 liang, Chinese Yam (chopped, stir-fried) 1 liang,Peony Bark (wood removed) 1 liang, Deer Antler (hair removed, steamed with wine) 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia Root (steamed with wine) 1 liang, Cinnamon Bark (peeled, not exposed to fire) 1 liang, Poria (peeled) 1 liang, Alisma 1 liang.
