1 pair of stone swallows (place in a pot, heat over charcoal until red-hot, quench with vinegar 7 times, then grind into a fine powder), 5 qian of aged tangerine peel, 5 qian of pinellia, 5 qian of poria, 3 qian of Guangxi agarwood, 1 liang of seaweed, 1 liang of kelp, 1 liang of kombu, 5 qian of areca nut, 3 qian of saposhnikovia root, 5 qian of chuanxiong,5 qian of Zhi Shi, 5 qian of Bai Zhi, 5 qian of Xia Kucao, 1 qian of Huang Lian, 1 qian of Huang Qin, 1 qian of Zhi Zi, 3 qian of Chi Sha, 3 qian of Jie Geng.
