Drug Formulation

Sichuan pepper (seeds and stems removed, stir-fried until sweating) 1 liang; dodder seeds (soaked in wine for three nights, pounded separately) 2 liang; smilax (washed, dried) 4 liang; achyranthes root (soaked in wine for two nights, sliced, dried) 8 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30–50 pills per dose, taken in the morning and evening with either warm wine or salted water.
