Drug Formulation

1 liang raw Sichuan Aconite, 1 liang raw Chinese Aconite, 5 qian Tian Sanqi, 5 qian Strychnos seed.

Processing

Wash and slice the two types of Aconite, then sun-dry them. Decoct them in half a jin of honey. Remove the hairs from the Strychnos seeds and deep-fry them in vegetable oil. Crush the Panax notoginseng and mix all ingredients together. Add water and decoct twice: for the first decoction, add 1,000 milliliters of water and reduce to 300 milliliters;for the second decoction, add another 1,000 milliliters of water and decoct until reduced to 200 milliliters. Collect a total of 500 milliliters of liquid from both decoctions, then add 500 milliliters of white liquor to complete the preparation.

Take 10 milliliters per dose, three times a day. One course of treatment lasts 10 days.
