Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 5 qian per dose. Boil with 5 sheng of water and 2 pieces of dried lotus leaf until reduced to 7 fen. Strain out the residue. For fractures, cold-induced swelling of the feet, or stiffness of tendons and meridians preventing flexion or extension—making walking difficult and painful—apply this medicine as a hot steam treatment. Cover the affected area with a blanket, then wait until it cools slightly before rinsing the area with the liquid.
