Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, pack it tightly into a small pot, cover it with several fresh tea leaves, and calcine over a fire until the mixture glows red; stop heating when the glow subsides. Add more tea leaves as needed until the glow completely fades. Place the pot, still containing the mixture, into an earthen pit overnight. Remove it, grind it into a fine powder, and form it into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using glutinous rice porridge as the binder; coat them with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 pills per dose after meals or before bedtime, washed down with ginger tea.
