Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans, and coat them with gold leaf.

Instructions for Use
Take 3 pills per dose. For men with seminal emission and cloudy discharge, take with a decoction of lampwick and lotus seed every morning; for acute convulsions in children, grind Wood Fragrance into a fine powder, mix with a decoction of ginger juice and bamboo shavings, and administer until phlegm subsides; for acute and chronic convulsions in children, take with a decoction of ginseng, white atractylodes, angelica, dried bile, pinellia, bamboo sap, and ginger juice;For stroke in the elderly, take with a decoction of Fangfeng Tongsheng San; if symptoms resemble a deficiency pattern, take with Dusheng Tang; for chest constriction, take with Da Chaihu Tang or Xiao Chaihu Tang; for typhoid fever with sweating, take with Gui Zhi Tang; for yin-type conditions, take with a decoction of Aconite, Ginseng, Cinnamon Bark, and Roasted Ginger; for phlegm-induced cough, take with a decoction of Pinellia and Poria;For phlegm-induced wheezing, take with a decoction of Angelica sinensis and bamboo sap; add ginseng for deficiency-type wheezing; for beriberi, take with a decoction of Fangfeng, Angelica sinensis, Carica papaya, Achyranthes bidentata, Notopterygium incisum, and Gentiana macrophylla; for numbness and loss of sensation, take with a decoction of Astragalus membranaceus and Gastrodia elata; for various types of pain, take with a decoction of Frankincense and Myrrh; for jaundice, take with a decoction of stir-fried Gardenia jasminoides and Artemisia capillaris;For various parasitic infestations, take a decoction of peach kernels and southern-facing melia root; for ear disorders, deafness, and ear pain, take a decoction of Phellodendron, raw Rehmannia, and Acorus; for mouth sores and painful ulcers, take a decoction of Sophora root, Scutellaria, and Cinnamomum bark; for heat in the Triple Burner causing thirst, take a decoction of ginseng, Atractylodes, Ophiopogon, and Anemarrhena;For bloody urine and leukorrhea, administer with Pingchen Decoction; for various swellings and toxic sores, administer with a decoction of ginseng and musk; for epilepsy, administer with a decoction of centipede, frankincense, and myrrh; for stroke-induced aphasia, clenched fists, gritted teeth, and loss of consciousness with eyes closed, use 5 fen of ginseng, 5 fa of astragalus, 5 fen of white atractylodes, 5 fen of aconite, 4 fen of Sichuan aconite, and a small amount of licorice,3 spoonfuls of bamboo sap and ginger juice, and 2 jujubes—decoct into a broth and administer orally. Once the patient regains consciousness, administer the formula again with bamboo sap and ginger juice; for stroke patients who remain unconscious, administer 3 additional pills after the initial treatment, followed by several doses of Shunqi Powder, adjusting the treatment according to the patient’s condition of deficiency or excess.
