Drug Formulation

3 jin of Ligustrum fruit, 3 jin of Jiu Li Ming, 3 jin of Shi Li Guang (i.e., Mengzi leaves) (pounded to extract juice, strained, and boiled down into a paste for later use), 1 bowl of chrysanthemum juice, 1 bowl of gentian juice, 3 pig gallbladders, 3 sheep livers, and 4 liang of white honey.

Processing

Combine the above three ingredients with one bowl of the ointment, mix thoroughly, then simmer over low heat until it forms a paste; store for future use.
