Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.

Benefits

For summer cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, restlessness, thirst, and dark urine—symptoms resembling malaria but not malaria, resembling dysentery but not dysentery—and an inability to tolerate the local climate and water.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian at a time, mixed with boiling water; for those with a constitutionally weak constitution, mix with warm wine or clear tea. If the powder is difficult to swallow, decoct it for three boils before taking, or let it cool before consumption.

Note

Avoid rice porridge; pregnant women should not take this formula.
