Peach kernels (with skin and tips removed, stir-fried with wheat bran), ginseng (root base removed), apricot kernels (with skin and tips removed, stir-fried with wheat bran), and white mulberry bark (stir-fried with honey until slightly reddish, then soaked in rice washing water overnight and baked)—each in equal parts.

Instructions for Use
