For all types of wind-cold conditions.

Instructions for Use

Lie down indoors, kick the pouches with your feet, and cover yourself with a blanket to induce sweating. Replace the pouches as soon as the medicine cools. On the first day and night, limit the roasting to 10 times; thereafter, roast them repeatedly day and night without pause. Once the medicine has been replaced and you feel too weak to continue, discard it and prepare a new batch. The illness will only be cured once sweat has been fully expelled from the entire body. Particular care is required; wait patiently for many days until all sweat has been expelled before stopping. During the period when sweating is not yet complete, one may experience feelings of oppression and confusion; consume only fragrant porridge and rice. Only after both wind and sweat have been fully expelled should tonics be administered.

Note

Avoid raw and cold foods; do not use this method if the pulses in all three positions are weak.
