Drug Formulation

2 liang of Gallnut, 3 qian of Agarwood, 1 liang of Qianjinzi Frost, 5 liang of Liu Shen Qu (roasted), 3 qian of Sandalwood, 3 qian of Male Cloves, 1 liang 5 qian of Mountain Arisaema, 3 qian of Frankincense, 5 qian of Licorice, and 1 liang 5 qian of Red-bud Euphorbia (vinegar-roasted).

Processing

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and sift through a sieve. For every 12 liang and 7 qian of fine powder, mix in 3 qian of musk, 6 qian of cinnabar, 3 qian of realgar, and 3 fen of borneol. Blend into a fine, uniform powder, then use cold boiled water to form small pills (200 pills per liang). Coat with cinnabar, pack 10 pills per packet (approximately 5 fen), and place in waxed paper bags.

Instructions for Use

Take 10 pills (weighing approximately 5 fen) per dose, washed down with ginger tea or warm boiled water.
