Drug Formulation

2 fen of Fragrant White Angelica, 3 fen of Schisandra fruit, 5 fen of Fried Licorice, 5 fen of Angelica root (washed with wine), 5 fen of Bupleurum, 7 fen of Cimicifuga, 7 fen of Saposhnikovia, 1 qian of Astragalus.

Benefits

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Add 1.5 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 1 zhan, strain out the residue, and take while hot before bedtime.

Note

Sleep in a draft-free place; avoid wind and cold, as well as cold foods.
