1 sheng of mung bean stems (sliced and roasted), 2 liang of ginseng.

Instructions for Use

Combine the above 2 ingredients with 3 sheng of water. First, boil the mung bean stems until tender, then add the ginseng and simmer until the liquid is reduced to 2 sheng. Strain out the residue and set aside the liquid. Cook 1 he of millet into porridge and give it to the nursing mother to eat. When it is time to breastfeed the infant, first express a small amount of cold breast milk, then nurse the infant. It is beneficial for the mother to eat this porridge regularly.
