Achyranthes root (stems removed, soaked in wine, roasted) 1 liang; dried Chinese yam (roasted) 1 liang; Cornus officinalis fruit pulp 1 liang; Poria cocos (peeled, washed with water) 1 liang; Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine, white membrane removed) 1 liang; Polygala tenuifolia (soaked in water, core removed) 1 liang; Fennel (mixed with green salt water, stir-fried) 1 liang;Eucommia Bark (stir-fried with ginger, fibers removed) 1 liang, Paper Mulberry Seeds (stems removed) 1 liang, Schisandra Berries 1 liang, Angelica Root (soaked in wine) 1 liang 5 qian, Goji Berries 1 liang 5 qian, Prepared Rehmannia Root (soaked in wine, roasted, soaked in ginger juice) 1 liang 5 qian, Ophiopogon Tuber (core removed, soaked in wine) 1 liang 5 qian, Ginseng (root base removed; reduce by half during summer)1 liang 5 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala (fried with earth, stems removed) 1 liang 5 qian, Tiger bone (roasted with butter) 1 liang 5 qian, Phellodendron bark (fried with wine) 1 liang.

Processing
Prepare each ingredient according to the specified methods, weigh them accurately, and grind into an extremely fine powder. Mix with refined honey, one zhong of wine, and one zhong of ginger juice to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
