1–2 Che’ao shells (sealed in clay, calcined, and ground into a fine powder), 30 stalks of lampwick, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 Trichosanthes fruit.

Instructions for Use

Grind the ingredients into a powder. Peel the Trichosanthes fruit, then simmer the three ingredients in 1 sheng of wine until slightly tender. Mix in 2 qian of the Che’ao powder. The pain will subside after no more than two doses.
