2 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 3 liang of Paulownia Flowers, 3 liang of Lotus Stamen, 3 liang of Sophora Pods (all soaked in wine—3 days in spring and autumn, 1 day in summer, and 6 days in winter, then sun-dried), 3 liang of Peppermint, 1 liang of Calcined Hematite, 5 qian of Ginseng, and 5 qian of Frankincense.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a water caltrop.
