Drug Formulation

8 liang of Red Ocher, 20 black plums (pitted), 14 gardenias, 3 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 3 liang of Sichuan pepper (sweated), 3 liang of Cimicifuga, 2 liang of dried ginger, and 1 sheng of millet.

Instructions for Use

Boil the millet in 1 dou 2 sheng of water until cooked; strain out the residue, retain 7 sheng of the liquid, add the herbs, and boil until reduced to 5 he; take this as a decoction.

Note

Avoid peaches, plums, and sparrow meat.
