Processing

1 pear (peeled); hollow out a hole at the top, remove the core, fill the pear with the medicine, cover it with the lid, secure it with a bamboo skewer, and stew it in a rice pot until tender; do not add water.

Instructions for Use

When consuming, add 7–8 qian of white honey, mash thoroughly, and eat. Consume one pear per day.
