Drug Formulation
Licorice 8 liang (lightly roasted), Sichuan Aconite 8 liang (processed, with skin and tip removed), Cold Water Stone 2 jin (placed in a porcelain box and calcined over 10 jin of charcoal until the fire is completely extinguished), Cinnamon Bark (with coarse bark removed) 3 liang, Schizonepeta Spikes 3 liang, Agastache Leaves (with soil removed) 3 liang, Peppermint Leaves (with soil removed) 3 liang,Tiannanxing (processed) 3 liang, Gansong (cleaned of soil) 3 liang,Gaoban (washed to remove soil, sliced, and dried in an oven) 3 liang, Fragrant White Angelica 3 liang, Ephedra (roots removed but nodes retained) 3 liang, Wuyao 3 liang, Myrrh (ground separately) 3 liang, Tianma (stems removed) 3 liang, Chuanxiong 3 liang, Achyranthes (washed, finely sliced, and dried in an oven) 3 liang, Frankincense 2 liang (ground separately).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and form into pills using glutinous rice paste, making 15 pills per liang.

Instructions for Use
For all wind-related disorders in men and women, take 1 pill per dose, crushed and dissolved, with tea or wine as a vehicle; for sudden stroke with loss of speech, facial asymmetry, and left-sided paralysis with right-sided weakness, take with steamed green onions and wine; for common cold-induced headaches complicated by cerebral wind, take with raw green onions and tea;For swelling of the limbs, head, and face due to deficiency, take with wine mixed with roasted soybeans; for swelling and pain caused by wind-heat, take with wine mixed with ginger and peppermint juice; for phlegm congestion in the chest and diaphragm causing dizziness and confusion, take with clear, aged tea; for generalized hives, take with honeyed broth; for wind attacking the lower viscera causing ringing in the ears, take with warm wine mixed with slowly roasted pork kidneys, chewed thoroughly; for pain in the lower back and legs, take with frankincense wine;For wind-toxin attacking the eyes, causing cold tears and blurred vision, take with chrysanthemum tea; for dry or damp beriberi, take with papaya wine; for women experiencing piercing pain from blood and qi stagnation, take with angelica wine; for pain caused by blood wind, take with vinegar broth at any time.
